Tailored to You

Troy Shay Travel is a full-service travel concierge. Clients travel differently, so every trip is planned from scratch, never from a template.

Before anything is booked, we learn how you like to travel: the pace, the rooms, the dinners worth remembering. Our proposals are detailed, with clear recommendations on where to stay and what to do, so the trip comes together without the legwork.

From the first idea to the moment you’re home, someone is looking out for you, and we’re available around the clock while you’re away. We also arrange private access and VIP touches, like a meet and greet at the airport or a museum after closing.

We work with luxury hotels, private villas, yacht charters and private jets worldwide, and because we know the people on property, you arrive as a guest they’ve been expecting.

Tell us where you want to go. We’ll design the rest.
